The Huma Plus range still has the great taste of the original range but doubles the electrolytes. As they are made of natural ingredients they are perfect for anyone that struggles to stomach a classic style of gel, easy to process without skimping on that much needed energy boost. Each gel provides 100 calories consisting of fruit puree, chia seeds, coconut water, fruit concentrate and brown rice syrup. Additionally, each gel contains 240 mg of sodium, 80mg of potassium, 25mg of calcium and 15mg of magnesium.

For use we recommend 1 packet 15 minutes before exercise and a packet every 30-45 minutes during exercise.
